To boost the occupancy rates of an upcoming class A office building with the help of a complex marketing plan.



Before starting marketing activities for the client's latest project, the communication strategy of Mūkusala Business Centre was updated to include the upcoming brand of ZEISS OFFICES. As part of the strategy, a content plan was developed based on the principles of sales and conversion funnel. The implementation of the strategy was started almost a year before the opening of the office building, starting with content development – press releases, various articles, video content, social media publications and various digital advertising campaigns. The brand recognition was strengthened with activities in the media, providing content for Forbes magazine publications in 2022-2023. As a result of the implemented strategy, a month before the opening of the building, 85% of its leasable premises were booked.
