Development of a new communication strategy that includes adjustments for the changes caused by the pandemic, mostly concentrating on the fact that the vast majority of the activity is concentrated on the digital space. The main goal is to determine new digital channels for the brand to communicate with their target audiences and promote itself in Latvia.



We developed a communication strategy which included a brief analysis of the competitors, relevant communication channels, guidelines for using them and a content plan with different formats for existing and new channels.
