Communication strategy development and programmatic media buying



Development of a new communication strategy, mostly concentrating on the fact that the vast majority of the activity is concentrated on the digital space. The main goal is to determine new digital channels for the brand to communicate with their target audiences and promote itself in Latvia.



We developed a communication strategy which included a brief analysis of the competitors, relevant communication channels, guidelines for using them and a content plan with different formats for existing and new channels. We also identified channels and advertising options and began work on programmatic media buying to attract more potential customers, collect precise analytics on their behaviour as well as increase brand awareness across digital platforms.
