An in-depth audit of the BMW brand in Latvia
To conduct an in-depth audit of the social media channels of the BMW brand in Latvia, to provide recommendations for strategic positioning and brand promotion on Facebook and Instagram.
During the audit, we identified the weaknesses of the current social media marketing plan of “BMW Latvija” pages on Facebook and Instagram, mainly the low engagement rate.
We developed a new social media marketing strategy, including guidelines for creating engaging content.
We also proposed several third-party projects that would help increase brand awareness.
