A communication strategy for future climate managers



Development of a comprehensive communication strategy to disseminate the information about the project activities more efficiently.

The project is aimed towards increasing knowledge and skills of housing managers regarding energy efficiency in Latvia and Poland.

The project involves a network of partners from Latvia, Poland and Germany.



We developed a communication strategy which included a description of the relevant communication channels, guidelines for using them, as well as a content plan with different formats for the corresponding channels.

We also developed general suggestions regarding the visual communication, such as social media post templates.
